Camp Amplify is a 100% scholarship-based summer camp in East Tennessee. The camp launched in 2018 and their goal this year was to host 150 campers and fill 25 cabins. Camp Amplify serves underprivileged youth, 8-12 years old, in the community, by treating them to a week of fun and spiritual discovery. Each year Camp Amplify relies on funding from personal and corporate sponsors to sponsor individual campers, provide camp kits with toiletry items and to “Fill-A-Cabin” which supplies the funding for six campers and two counselors. Campers never pay a dime to attend Camp Amplify. Due to the ongoing effects and restrictions related to the Corona virus, Camp Amplify has taken the opportunity to offer a virtual camp experience with talks, crafts and activities.
Each year Harrison Poultry helps our community as much as possible with charitable donations to our local schools, non-profit organizations, and other local organizations. Harrison Poultry sponsors a cabin at Camp Amplify each year and are happy to support kids being able to participate in camp this summer.
